Role Summary
This role moves between brand expression and functional digital product thinking. You will design email systems, landing pages, CRM journey touchpoints, dashboards, and internal tools.
The work should feel polished and useful: sharp enough for ambitious brands, practical enough for repeated CRM operations.
Key Responsibilities
You won't just be executing campaigns. You will help build our proprietary suite of accelerators and internal tools, developing the software and systems that make delivery faster and smarter.
1. Experience design
- Design CRM journey touchpoints, landing pages, email systems, dashboards, and internal tool interfaces.
- Translate briefs into wireframes, UI flows, prototypes, and production-ready design files.
- Balance brand polish, conversion clarity, accessibility, and development feasibility.
2. Design systems
- Create reusable patterns for recurring campaign and product-like CRM work.
- Collaborate with developers to preserve design intent through build and QA.
- Organise files, states, and handoff notes so delivery teams can move quickly.
Required Skills & Experience
- Professional UX/UI or digital design experience.
- Strong layout, typography, hierarchy, and interaction design fundamentals.
- Comfort designing in Figma for handoff to developers.
- Ability to move between campaign assets and product-style interfaces.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- CRM, lifecycle, email, or landing page design experience.
- Motion, prototyping, or lightweight front-end knowledge.
- Experience designing component systems for repeated production use.
What Success Looks Like
Month 1
- Support live CRM design work and adopt Ministry of CRM file and handoff standards.
Month 2
- Own design for a landing page, email system, or product-style CRM flow from brief to handoff.
Month 3
- Contribute reusable design patterns that improve speed and consistency across delivery.
